Special Character Compliance Required of Boards of Trustees of Integrated Schools

Part one sets out the requirements of Special Character compliance on Boards of Trustees of Integrated schools as stated in Schedule 6 of the Education and Training Act 2020, (previously part 33 of the Education Act 1989, which subsumed the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975) and the individual integration agreements for each Catholic school.
