In 2017, the Education Act (1989) was updated and the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act (1975) was subsumed as Part 33.
On 1 August 2020 the Education and Training Act 2020 was enacted with Part 33 from the Education Act now becoming Schedule 6 of the Education and Training Act 2020. Click here for a PDF version of Schedule 6.
